1. Order Cancellations
1.1 Before Dispatch
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
- To cancel, email us at india@tocrystal.com with your order number and the same email id form which the order was placed.
1.2 After Dispatch
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- You may request a return/refund only if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following situations:
✅ The product is damaged or broken during transit
✅ You received the wrong item
✅ The item is defective (excluding natural variations)
3. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or exchanges in these cases:
❌ Buyer changed their mind
❌ Slight variation in color, shape, or size
❌ Minor surface markings or inclusions typical of natural stones
❌ Customized or bulk special-order products
❌ Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery
Crystals are natural items—slight imperfections, cracks, and shape differences are normal and not treated as defects.
4. Return Process
Step-by-step:
- Email us at india@tocrystal.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Attach clear photos/videos showing the issue (packaging + product)
- Once approved, we’ll:
- Initiate a reverse pickup, or
- Ask you to ship the item back (we’ll reimburse if it’s our error)
- Initiate a reverse pickup, or
- Returned product must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Packed securely to avoid further damage
5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be:
- Processed within 7–10 business days
- Credited to the original payment method
- You’ll receive a confirmation via email/SMS once processed
6. Shipping Charges on Returns
- If the return is our mistake (damaged, wrong, defective):
➤ We cover return shipping. - If it’s customer-initiated (unauthorized or rejected delivery):
➤ Original shipping + return cost will be deducted from the refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank or payment account
- Then contact your bank; it may take time before a refund is officially posted

8. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return your item and place a new order separately.
9. Bulk & Custom Orders
Orders placed for wholesale, events, gifting, or custom curation are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless damaged during shipping.
