Tocrystal offers shipping across all major cities, towns, and serviceable PIN codes within India.
If your address is unserviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you immediately and issue a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.


2. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted national and regional logistics providers, including:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • Ekart
  • DTDC
  • India Post (for remote or non-standard areas)

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: 7–9 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier load, or external disruptions (e.g., weather, strikes).

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified cart value (clearly mentioned on banners or during checkout).

6. Packaging Standards

All orders are packed with extra care to ensure safe delivery.

  • Fragile crystals, carvings, or clusters are individually bubble-wrapped.
  • Orders are packed in rigid, double-layered boxes with filler for impact absorption.
  • We aim to deliver products exactly as they appear on the website—intact and damage-free.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email and/or SMS.
  • You can use the link to monitor your order status until it’s delivered.

8. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners usually attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
  • If you miss the delivery, please coordinate directly using the tracking link or contact us for assistance.

9. Delays or Issues

While we aim for timely deliveries, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Local disruptions (weather, protests, etc.)

For delayed or stuck orders, reach out to us. We will escalate and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.


10. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, opened, or tampered, do not accept it from the courier.
  • If you’ve already received it, take clear photos of the outer packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will verify the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


11. Undeliverable Packages

If an order is undeliverable due to:

  • Repeated delivery failures
  • Refusal to accept
  • Invalid address

…the shipment will be returned to us, and we’ll refund the amount after deducting the original shipping and return costs.
